- Is the sportswear on KitLoop genuine?
- Yes. Every item is bought in, checked by hand and photographed before listing. We sell genuine Nike, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour, Castore and Umbro kit — if we can't verify an item, we don't list it.
- What condition is secondhand sportswear in?
- Each item carries one of four grades. New means unworn, usually tagged. Like new means worn a handful of times with no visible wear. Good means honest use with no damage. Fair means plenty of life left with wear shown clearly. Every mark is photographed, so the photos are part of the description.
- How much is delivery, and how fast is it?
- Delivery is £3.49 for standard items and £5.49 for bulky items such as boots, and free on orders over £60. We dispatch from Manchester within 2 working days, usually next day.
- Can I return something that doesn't fit?
- Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return an item, and a further 14 days to send it back, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Faulty or not-as-described items are refunded including return postage.
- Do you buy secondhand sportswear?
- Yes. We buy teen and adult sportswear in good condition — boots, training tops, tracksuits and full kits from brands like Nike, Adidas and Under Armour. Send your list through the sell page and we usually reply with an offer the same day.
- Why buy secondhand sportswear instead of new?
- Technical sportswear is built to last years but children outgrow it in months, so good kit reaches resale barely used. Buying pre-loved typically costs 50-70% less than RRP and keeps wearable clothing out of landfill.
