We collect the minimum needed to run the shop:

• Orders: your name, email, phone (optional) and delivery address — used to fulfil your order and kept for our legal/accounting records.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Reserve requests: the contact details you give us, used only to reply about that item.
• Marketing emails: if you buy from us we may email you when similar kit lands. You're offered a tick box at checkout, every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and once you opt out you stay out. We never sell or share your address, and we don't email people who haven't bought from us.
• Cookies: a basket cookie and (for us) an admin login cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies.

We don’t sell or share your data with anyone except the services needed to deliver your order (payment processing, postage). Email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted where the law allows.
