You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, then have a further 14 days to send the items back (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We refund the item price and the basic delivery charge within 14 days of getting the items back, or of you showing us proof of posting if that is sooner. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or not as described.

• Email kitloop@olijammedia.co.uk within 14 days of delivery saying you’d like to return — no reason needed. You can use our model cancellation form, but you don’t have to.
• Post the items back within a further 14 days, in the condition you received them.
• We refund the full item price plus the basic delivery charge within 14 days of getting the items back — or of you showing us proof of posting, if that’s sooner. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or not as described.

Faulty or not as described? Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty item for a full refund including return postage. After 30 days we’ll put it right — repair, replacement or refund as the Act sets out. Either way, email us and we’ll sort it, no drama.

Condition grades are described honestly and every flaw is photographed — check the photos before buying, they’re part of the description.
