Buying online in the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason, and a further 14 days to send them back (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

• Email us within 14 days of delivery saying you’d like to return.
• Send items back in the condition you received them.
• We refund the full item price plus the basic delivery charge within 14 days of getting the items back. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or not as described.

Faulty or not as described? Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty item for a full refund including return postage. After 30 days we’ll put it right — repair, replacement or refund as the Act sets out. Either way, email us and we’ll sort it, no drama.

Condition grades are described honestly and every flaw is photographed — check the photos before buying, they’re part of the description.
