Cancellation form

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, then have a further 14 days to send the items back (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We refund the item price and the basic delivery charge within 14 days of getting the items back, or of you showing us proof of posting if that is sooner. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or not as described.

You don’t need this form — an email saying you want to cancel is enough. If you’d like to use it, copy it into an email to kitloop@olijammedia.co.uk or print it and post it to the address below.
