We post everything from Manchester, to UK addresses.

• Dispatch: within 2 working days of your order (usually next day).
• Standard items: £3.49 — Royal Mail 2nd Class, typically 2–3 days after dispatch.
• Large or heavy items: £5.49 — tracked parcel service.
• Free shipping on orders over £60.

One shipping charge per order — the highest band in your basket — no matter how many items you buy.

Something not arrived within 10 days of dispatch? Email us and we’ll chase it or make it right.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, then have a further 14 days to send the items back (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We refund the item price and the basic delivery charge within 14 days of getting the items back, or of you showing us proof of posting if that is sooner. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or not as described. Full details on the returns page.
