KitLoop sells pre-owned (“pre-loved”) and new sportswear to UK consumers.

Who you are buying from

The seller is JADTHENA LIMITED, trading as KitLoop: a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16232930, registered office Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. Email: kitloop@olijammedia.co.uk.

The terms

• All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout.
• A contract forms when we email your order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable (they’re mostly one-offs), we’ll refund you in full straight away.
• Pre-owned items are sold as described, with condition grade and photos forming part of the description.
• Cancellation: You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, then have a further 14 days to send the items back (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We refund the item price and the basic delivery charge within 14 days of getting the items back, or of you showing us proof of posting if that is sooner. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or not as described. See Returns.
• Your statutory rights, including remedies for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are unaffected.
• Nothing here limits liability where the law says it can’t be limited.
